Hi Gerd,

not shure what you mean with "activate" a key. Pressing F1 plays message 
programmed for F1...

To edit press Shift+F1 for F1 messages, Shift+F2 for F2 message and so 
on. You can also type MESSAGES in the call field and hit enter to get a 
window with all messages.
