[WT-support] multiplier calculation WAE not correct

The calculation has always been correct in wintest!

Nearly every year we have problems with logs from other contest software providers. Wintest always works without troubles!

The section 12 of the rules (Special Rules for RTTY) indicates :

So, I guess the mult calculation is correct ?
