Try using MMTTY instead; Win-Test's basic RTTY support was designed around
MMTTY.

Configuration with Win-Test is straightforward once you realize that MMTTY
alone has to be in control of PTT (make sure Win-Test and MMTTY are
configured to use different COM ports).

But if you're mostly doing RTTY contesting, not really much CW or Phone
contesting, another program might be better.
