[WT-support] Dual keyboard operation

A few people have made it work, but it's not "plug and play" in Win-Test.
It's more like home brew or beta, with some custom script programming
required.

It requires installation of wtRemote and a keyboard interception driver
(something that always made me nervous for security reasons), plus the
custom script dualkbd.wts, which may required customization depending on
your keyboard (thanks SM5AJV and N2NT).

All of this is a complex process, something I haven't been motivated to
investigate myself.  I really prefer making things work with one keyboard.
