Bob,

 

We found ourselves asking the same question about six hours before the
start.

 

If you go to http://g4irn.com/itu-dtb-file-for-win-test-in-the-iaru-contest/
there is a step by step guide from John, G4IRN, in how to make these binary
files from the available data in a txt file.

 

We did the whole thing in a few minutes. Great page, John, and it's saved
for future reference!

a dtb file for WT 4.25 for IOTA expeditions and special calls available
anywhere?
