[WT-support] Runtime Error Wintest don't start contest log after setting

Hi Bob
Thanks for your help after several attempts I deleted wintest, all registry
keys, folders and wintest configuration files.
Use CCleaner to remove links with wintest.
Reboot the pc.
Reinstall Wintest as Administrator.
Now I have no problem wintest works normally.
