You can give any name to your audio file (assuming the extension remains 
.mp3).

Now, to assign the correct stn station to this file, modify its mp3 
properties / tags (right-click / Properties / Details), and change the 
"album" name with the stn name.

It's recommended to make a backup of the file before altering its 
properties, just in case of.

Move all your audio files in the same directory as your log, and 
Win-Test will access the appropriate one, depending on the QSO cursor 
position.
