[WT-support] NA Sprint rules change require WT 4.24

Due to the new multipliers in the NA Sprint, you'll need to install WT 4.24
before operating in the NA Sprint CW starting about 6 hours from now.  Be
sure to RIGHT CLICK on the Win-Test installer and select "Run as an
Administrator."  If you forget to do this, just run the installer again.

After the install, there's a second step.  Right click on the Win-Test
shortcut, select Properties, Compatibility tab, and finally, check "Run
this program as an Administrator" and click OK.

Unfortunately, the full WT 4.24 installer does NOT seem to update the NA
Sprint multiplier equivalence files (old ones would map "NS" to "MAR" for
example).

So, download the following updated equivalence files and save them in your
/CountryFiles folder.  Be sure to OVERWRITE and REPLACE the existing .DAT
files.

How do you find your Country Files folder?  Start Win-Test.  From the menu
select File | Explore | /countryFiles directory
