[WT-support] WT and SunSdr2 Pro

Follow the instructions here, but substitute Win-Test SETUP for N1MM (see
page 45).

In sum, once you have the virtual serial port set up, in Win-Test, set the
radio type for that virtual serial port to TS-480, 57600, N, 8, 2 DTR=CW,
RTS=PTT.

Let us know how it goes.

Note that Win-Test does not support SO2V with two data entry Windows.
