[WT-support] F1 key not repeating

I have used the F1 repeat function thousands of times, and as recently at
the CQWW SSB contest.  Operated the CQWW CW a bit, and when I started the
ARRL 10M contest, F1 or other function keys would not repeat.

 

I confirmed:

F1 works fine

SSB

Repeat on

4 sec

Run mode

No keys mapped

Rebooted PC

Repeat never appears in the Rate Window.

 

I must be missing something simple but have looked at every option and can't
seem to find what is wrong.  Anyone have this issue before?
