It will probably be released in mid-June.

In the meantime, you can use the current WT-dev version on which the 
next version will be based on. And try the dev version of the tunnel 
client 
http://www.win-test.com/hq05/tunnel/client/win32/wtTunnel-1.14.1_dev.exe 
- The tunnel server will be the same as last year(s).

Reminder : For technical questions regarding the WT HQ version and the
