[WT-support] Band Data Output

There are other, off-the-shelf options for getting band data output 
using OTRSP USB output from Win-Test ...

- YCCC SO2R Box
- PIEXX SO2RxLat

For the more enterprising, google around for homebrew solutions based on 
a RaspberryPi or Arduino.
