If you're on the freq of the spot-to-delete, clear the callsign field 
(F11) and enter this "empty callsign" as spot (Ctrl-Enter). It will 
delete this very spot. You can mimic this key sequence in a Lua script 
if you want, and assign it a key.

If you're *not* on the spot-to-delete freq, there is no other solution 
than using the mouse, as you *have* to select the spot before deleting 
it. A "delete spot" key wouldn't work...
