[WT-support] RDXC Cabrillo header

When attempting to send my log to RDXC, I noticed that log was rejected and robot
says that all information is missing or in wrong format.

After a try-and-error session, I found that line ”RDA-SECTION” was the problem maker.
I.e. robot does not recognize anything to be correct below that.
( v 4.19.0 and 4.20.0 - no difference )

Remove the line and all is fine again.
