[WT-support] Register for use on new PC

I have just purchased a new W10 PC and I want to use Wintest. 

 

I have been a user previously but I think that the latest version I used was
4-16. 

My call is G3SVD and my customer number is 2653.

 

What do I need to do now so that I can use 4-20 on my new PC.
