[WT-support] Eagle support

Almost any transceiver, including the TenTec Eagle, is already supported by
Win-Test via OmniRig <http://www.dxatlas.com/omnirig/>.

   1. Download and install http://www.dxatlas.com/OmniRig/Files/OmniRig.zip
   2. Download and extract the rig definition file updates
   http://www.dxatlas.com/OmniRig/Files/RigIni.zip
   3. Extract the .zip file into the "Rigs" sub-folder created by the
   OmniRig Installer:
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Arreet\OmniRig\Rigs
   Replacing any files with the same name.
   4. Open OmniRig and select
   Rig type; *TenTec Eagle*
   5. Set the COM port number and the baud rate used by the radio
   6. Click *OK* to close OmniRig
   7. Start Win-Test and select *Options | Configure Interfaces ...*
   8. Set Radio 1 to *OmniRig* and *uncheck* any COM port assigned to Radio
   1
   9. Click *OK*

Win-Test should now track the TenTec Eagle.
