[WT-support] DARC10m

[Juan Hidalgo EA8RM]

Hi guys !!

I create a DARC 10m contest  on my WT 4.17 with WAG_DX.DTB file but doesn´t
works.  (no DOK´s info)

I try the same file with with WAG contest and works. And ARRL contest with
ARRL file and works too, so the setup it is ok, It is there any problem in
the file for 10m contest??
