[WT-support] LPT pins for SO2R

Hi Csaba

I have a 4 comport FDTI device which runs from a single USB connection.  
It sets up 4 different COM ports on installation.

Mine came for the Golden Dragon market in Hong Kong but I'm sure you 
would find them on eBay etc

Works fine on W10 unlike some other types
