[WT-support] Can someone please try wt_dev on Windows 10?

Hi Bob:

Windows Smart Screen complained about the new executable.  I said "Run Anyway".  I see the task running and consuming CPU (30% or so) but no Windows opened.  I did Run as Administrator.

EA4TX reports that WT 4.22.0-dev Rev 683 always hangs on Windows 10, with
no windows, no messages, but Rev 682 works fine.

Can anyone with Win-Test installed on Windows 10 replicate this problem?
All the usual checks (Unzip as Administrator, Run as administrator, disable
antivirus and firewall) did not make any difference, they report.

into the Win-Test installation folder (Administrator rights required), set
the Properties to Run as administrator, and run wt_dev.exe.

If it starts, type Version [Enter] to check the rev.  If it hangs, use the
Windows Task Manager to end it.
