This means you downloaded and installed the demo version, which cannot be
registered.

The link to download the official non-demo versions is
http://download.win-test.com/v4/bin, or the direct link to version 4.20:

http://download.win-test.com/v4/bin/wt-4.20.0.exe

You will be prompted to enter a userid and password to complete the
download.
