Download Win-Test 4.21-dev from
http://download.win-test.com/v4/nightly/wt_dev.zip -- it includes new
support for the Icom IC-7300. Be sure to use the default CI-V address 94h
and set the Baud rate to AUTO (in the radio). Set CI-V Transceive ON and
check the "Use CI-V Transceive" box in Win-Test. Try baud rate 19200.

You can also get Win-Test to generate CW and PTT over the IC-7300 USB cable
by setting the radio's virtual COM port pins correctly, e.g. DTR = CW, RTS
= PTT in Win-Test, then set USB KEYING (CW) = DTR, and USB SEND = RTS in
the IC-7300 menu.

Voice Keying works over the radio's sound card (set sound card to USB Audio
CODEC), however you will need to use my Icom scripts and the included
advanced scenario to switch the radio's audio between sound card and mic
automatically.

See http://bit.ly/wtscripts and download IcomScripts.zip .

Contest recording works over the same sound card, but transmitted CW may
not be recorded (if it works the same as the IC-7851).
