Maybe you could get close to this by using the Frequency Offsets feature --

Put in a negative offset, for example, -23000.0 kHz, then the 60m band
(from 5 MHz to 6 MHz) will appear as 28 MHz to 29 MHz. OK, the
frequencies will be wrong in the log, and you might have to do some
mental arithmetic, but I think it should work, and give you the usual
Win-Test operation. You could change the log afterwards with a "search
and replace" to get the real frequencies.
