[WT-support] Set different CW speed for radio 1 and radio 2

Unfortunately this feature, though previously requested, is not supported
by Win-Test.

Suggested alternative:  use the CW memory buttons and the internal keyer
built-in to your radio to call at a different speed on the S&P radio.
