[WT-support] All USA stations defaulted to Zone 5

[Bob Wilson, N6TV]

   1. CTYFILES [Enter]
   2. Select CTY_WT_MOD.DAT
   3. Click OK
   4. Check "Reload the log now"
   5. Click OK

That will fix it.
