[WT-support] DVK not working with TS590SG

Hi can anyone assist please. I have not been able to get the win test DVK to
work with my relatively new TS590SG.

I am using the sound card in my windows XP sp3 PC. I have the messages I
need recorded and when I hit the respective F key they playback and indicate
on the bar graph, but don't get to the 590.

 

Any ideas please?
