[WT-support] wrong ODX in IARU-CW Logfile

I can confirm that I saw this behavior after the July VHF/UHF/SHF contest.
You export the EDI Log again - and everything is fine.

I suspected the problem was due to 4.16 - I tried again with 4.17 and it
was ok. But 4.16 was ok, too.

I could never reproduce. I still have the wrong EDI files though.
Strangely not only ODX is wrong but also the total score in CToSc (that
makes no sense for this contest the way it is computed, but it maybe the
fact that it is wrong, too, rings a bell somewhere?)

E.g. on 76GHz we made only one QSO - and definitely not with OK1KKD over
281km...
