[WT-support] Green Screen

When you installed, did you right click on the full Installer (not the
"update"), and select "Run as Administrator"?  And, after the install, did
you modify the Win-Test shortcut to select "Run as an Administrator" in the
Compatibility tab (right click, Properties)?  Please try reinstalling with
those settings.
