[WT-support] SOUND ON Win-test under win7

LOL. My bad!

I don't even get any CW sound out of WIN-TEST through the PC speakers.
I was trying to test WIN-TEST with my WK-USB (WK-USB not connected to any
radio) and it didn't make it sound either.
With N1MM and DXLog.net it works as expected, so I can test CW messages
without WK connected to a radio.
The No Sound option is grayed out.
I type SOUND and it doesn't make a difference in WT.
