[WT-support] Win test and LOTW dramas

Guys

Billy GM0OBX did not post his findings I see. I seen him yesterday evening
and asked what the problem was. 

There is nothing wrong with the WT log export, it works fine.

Although the logs were generated by WT, Billy/Frank had merged their logs
via uploads to Clublog when they returned and then downloaded again to
upload to LotW.

Along the way there must have been some other issue as the actual logs from
WT are fine.

No drama ;-)
