[WT-support] Win test and LOTW dramas

Hello
 
I have a similar problem with adif-Files create vy logger16. 
I am getting the same error with qsos on 80 and 160 meter.
 
It is a problem of lotw.
 
My solution is to import the adif-file to an other programm(BV7) and export 
 the qsos again into a new adif-File. 
 
Afterwards I can load this new adif-File into lotw with the lotw  utility 
without any problem.
