Hi,
No it actually shows 14000



this is a short clip of the LOTW report when attempting to load it. It also shows this when opened by a text editor

The message really says 140000 (not 14000 or 14000.0) ?

Open your ADIF file with a text editor and check the FREQ field. I don't 
see any reason why it would be "140000". It should rather read "14000.0".
