Actually, we don't give a shit about all these political issues in Win-Test.

We just strictly follow the Russian DX Contest rules and programmed 
Win-Test to follow those rules.

If you're not happy with this, don't take part in the Russian DX Contest.

And if you're not happy with what we've done on this matter in Win-Test, 
don't use it either.
