Since there is no contesting on 60 meters, and no DXCC credit available for
60 meters, and no WAZ credit available for 60 meters, why is there a need
for Win-Test to support 60 meters?

See http://www.arrl.org/dxcc-award-information and
http://www.cq-amateur-radio.com/cq_awards/cq_waz_awards/040115_cq_wazrules_English.pdf
.

Win-Test is not designed for general purpose logging and QSLing. It is for
contests and DXpeditions.
