Silly question : Have you enabled the log synchronization ?

Options / Uncheck "disable log sync"

or enter "SYNC" as a text command on all connected PC.

Also, declare ONE (and only ONE) PC as "BridgeHead" for each LAN 
(Options / Network - Advanced settings)
