Download and unzip the Zip file from this link:  http://bit.ly/itudtb

For prefilling exchanges, copy itu.dtb to the Win-Test /databases directory
(File | Explore | /databases directory)

For the "extra information" window, copy iaru2015.xdt to the Win-Text
/extras directory (File | Explore | /extras directory).  Then start
Win-Test, press Alt+X, click Add, select iaru2015.xdt and click OK.
