[WT-support] NA Sprint SSB rules change implemented in development version

For those planning to operate in the Phone NA Sprint on February 1st, note
that the rules <http://ssbsprint.com/rules/> have recently changed.  KH6
now counts as a multiplier for the Phone NA Sprint only, but not for the CW
NA Sprint (no change to CW NA Sprint)

F6FVY has created a development version of Win-Test that supports this
rules change.  You can download it from
http://download.win-test.com/v4/nightly .  Just unzip wt_dev.zip to your
Win-Test installation directory, and run wt_dev.exe instead of wt.exe.
