[WT-support] Semi-off: Win-Test SO2R interfacing

What are the questions please?  The SO2RDuino uses OTRSP, so it should work
fine.  User the SO2Rduino for switching and use the USB II as a WinKey and
nothing more.  Steer CW and PTT through the SO2Rduino?

I haven't tried this myself, so maybe there are complications trying to use
both.
