[WT-support] Delay in MK2R+ monitor

I don't have time to write a tutorial on Windows audio. Start with
the second option here: http://burianek.com/blog/archives/513 but
be careful with the Mic level as it can cause feedback issues.

The first option may work with MK2R+ but *will not work with MK II*
as it will prevent selecting the Line input.

In either case, you will need to check your levels carefully to
make sure they do not change and you do not generate feedback issues.

There are other issues at play - like buffer sizes, sample rates and
bit depth - which interact. Lower sample rates/bit depth and larger
buffer sizes increase delay while higher sample rates/bit depth and
smaller buffer sizes can cause "skipping" or "Stuttering" if the CPU
gets heavily loaded (for example processing a heavy spot load).
