[WT-support] Script for auto sending SKIMMER/QSY ??

I find no LUA API to send text to wtDxTelnet.  But is it needed?  In CW
Skimmer, if Radio Type is set to SDR-IQ, you can use OmniRig to get the
frequency of the radio (see the CAT tab in the CW Skimmer settings
dialog).  You must also set the radio type to OmniRig in Win-Test so that
the two programs can share access to the radio's COM port.
