I'm not sure what you mean by "user area download".  If you did not enter
any passwords to download the Win-test software, you probably installed the
*demo* version of Win-Test 4, which cannot be registered or modified.  It
will always run in demo mode.

To download Win-Test 4 non-demo version, go to
http://download.win-test.com/v4/bin, enter your web site password that was
sent to you when you purchased Win-Test V4, then select wt-4.14.0.exe.

If you cannot remember your web site password or find the email from
robot at win-test.com, send an email to f5hry [at] wanadoo.fr .
