[WT-support] Newer WRTC dev version available

Hi

A third dvpt version of Win-Test for the WRTC 2014 is freely available 
here :

CT1BOH has reported a confusing F10 window display in the previous 
versions. So, not really a bug, but rather a useful improvement.

As for the previous dev versions, there is no installer for now, so you 
have to unzip the exe and drop it in your current Win-Test folder to try it.

If everything goes well, and no further bug is detected, a final 
self-contained version with an installer and the appropriate files will 
be available, probably on the first or second week of June. It will be 
announced on this list as well.
