[WT-support] Marconi Memorial Contest HF CW - New Rule

Sirs, starting 2014 i'm the new manager of ''Marconi Memorial Contest HF 
CW''.
I see the contest definitions are already present on this wonderful sofware.
The rules are slightly changed, now a QSO with some country counts 1 
point, same continent 3 points, different continent 5 points.
