[WT-support] Automatic CQ Repeat

N the ARRL June VHF Contest I was unable to use Automatic CQ Repeat onj
either SSB or CW.  If was ENABLED, and <F1> was checked, but it simply would
not perform a timed repeat of a CQ.

I'm using Win-7 x64 with a K3 that is being keyed via the COM Port Options
... DTR = CW    and    RTS = PTT.

Does anyone have an explanation and fix - or is it something in my
configuration?  The last time I remember using Auto CQ was when I was doing
CW via the Parallel Port.
