[WT-support] How is the support situation of HPSDR? Especially, ANAN-200D of Apache-Lab.

Some of the SDR consoles (PowerSDR derivatives) also support Kenwood
compatible control set.  In those cases configure Win-Test and other
software as if it was controlling a TS-870 or TS-2000.
