Hi,

The ADIF exported from N1MM Logger looks like this.

 <CALL:6>UA9LAO <QSO_DATE:8>20140712 <TIME_ON:6>120037 <ITUZ:2>30
<BAND:3>15M <STATION_CALLSIGN:5>8N1HQ <FREQ:8>21.03720
<CONTEST_ID:7>IARU-HF <FREQ_RX:8>21.03720 <MODE:2>CW <RST_RCVD:3>599
<RST_SENT:3>599 <OPERATOR:6>JG1VGX <CQZ:2>17 <STX:1>2 <APP_N1MM_POINTS:1>3
<APP_N1MM_RADIO_NR:1>1 <APP_N1MM_RUN1RUN2:1>1 <APP_N1MM_RADIOINTERFACED:1>1
<APP_N1MM_NETWORKEDCOMPNR:1>0 <EOR>

 <CALL:6>W100AW <QSO_DATE:8>20140713 <TIME_ON:6>104935 <APP_N1MM_HQ:4>ARRL
<BAND:3>15M <STATION_CALLSIGN:5>8N1HQ <FREQ:8>21.03263
<CONTEST_ID:7>IARU-HF <FREQ_RX:8>21.03263 <MODE:2>CW <RST_RCVD:3>599
<RST_SENT:3>599 <OPERATOR:6>JI6CUK <CQZ:1>4 <STX:4>1707
<APP_N1MM_POINTS:1>1 <APP_N1MM_RADIO_NR:1>1 <APP_N1MM_RUN1RUN2:1>1
<APP_N1MM_RADIOINTERFACED:1>1 <APP_N1MM_NETWORKEDCOMPNR:1>0 <EOR>

 <CALL:6>JA1CJP <QSO_DATE:8>20140712 <TIME_ON:6>123720 <APP_N1MM_HQ:2>R3
<BAND:3>15M <STATION_CALLSIGN:5>8N1HQ <FREQ:8>21.03720
<CONTEST_ID:7>IARU-HF <FREQ_RX:8>21.03720 <MODE:2>CW <RST_RCVD:3>599
<RST_SENT:3>599 <OPERATOR:6>JG1VGX <CQZ:2>25 <STX:2>93 <APP_N1MM_POINTS:1>1
<APP_N1MM_RADIO_NR:1>1 <APP_N1MM_RUN1RUN2:1>1 <APP_N1MM_RADIOINTERFACED:1>1
<APP_N1MM_NETWORKEDCOMPNR:1>0 <EOR>

Here my callsign is 8N1HQ and his exchange is stored in <ITUZ:xx> if he is
a regular station and in <APP_N1MM_HQ:x> if he is an HQ or an official.

One solution is to modify your ADIF as required before bringing it into
N1MM Logger.
