[WT-support] WT version 4.13.0 update problem

Hello Win-Test family,
just updated my desktop PC without any problems from version 4.12.0 to
4.13.0. However when I do the same procedure at my laptop I got a
problem: After running the setup and when starting WT a blue screen
without command line or command icons appears. I cannot close this
screen except with the task maanager.
Both computers running on OS Windows 7 and WT is installed as
administrator.
Any idea of the reason for this strange behaviour of my laptop?
