Based on data compiled by OZ0J <contest at oz0j.dk> (thanks Joe!) I've
uploaded a new itu.dtb file containing HQ station pre-fill data for the
2014 IARU Contest to:

http://www.kkn.net/~n6tv/itu.zip

Extract and copy itu.dtb into your Win-Test /databases directory (from the
Win-Test menu select: File | Explore | /databases directory).

To verify that it's working, start Win-Test and type a callsign like
W100AW, NU1AW, or T49C to verify that you have the latest update. You will
find it helpful to enable

Tools | Data Entry | Exchange guessing | Automatically

to have the exchange data pre-filled as soon as you type the last letter of
the callsign.

I also recommend selecting

Tools | Data Entry | Exchange guessing | Disable CW cut numbers translation

*Optional:*

What follows is a feature that is blocked in the special WRTC competitor
version of Win-Test. Regular entrants or HQ stations may use the "Extra
Data" window instead of, or in addition to, the pre-fill feature.

Extract iaru2014.xdt (text version) to your /extras directory (File |
Explore | /extras directory). In Win-Test, Press Alt+X, Right click,
select Extra data files, click [Add..], select iaru2014.xdt, click Open,
click OK.

If you open a new log file, you will have to repeat the procedure.

You can view the .xdt file with a text editor like Windows Notepad.

Please continue to send 2014 HQ Station updates / corrections to OZ0J
<contest at oz0j.dk>.

I anticipate producing a new version of itu.dtb and itu.xdt as updates
become available from OZ0J, right up until just before the contest.

 73,
Bob, N6TV
