Given all the help that "TV Bob," N6TV, has provided to many of us on this
reflector I thought it would be appropriate to recognize his accomplishment
in winning the U.S. CW Sweepstakes contest for 2013.  

Operating from W7RN in the Single Operator, High Power category, Bob had
1460 QSOs and 83 mults for 242,360 points, the highest score in any
category, including multi-operators.

Although not listed one suspects he might have been using Win-Test.
