[WT-support] Spots disappearing quickly

Hi All,
I'm using the RADIO 1 window for get info from cluster and I noticed that
the spots are disappearing too fast.
I can see in the properties (spots life time) to wait 30min but staying for
a couple of seconds.
Any idea?
