[WT-support] Problem with ARRL 10m (and others?)

If you log it as W1AW/W7, the scoring will be correct.  Then you can simply
edit the Cabrillo log to change it back to W1AW/7.

Since there are only two weeks left for this special event, I don't think
there's any need to change the Win-Test code to address it.
